I exported as HTML, but to make the link work for other people do I upload all photos and the HTML to a site.

After you export a morph as HTML, two result files will be generated. One is a HTML file named like export.htm, the other one is a Flash file named like export.swf. You should upload both the two files to a site to share with your friends.
