Morphing with Alpha Backgrounds

Great Product !
I am trying to morph two images that both have 'blank / alpha' backgrounds. I want to keep the background as alpha so that I can later add a motion picture as the background (in another program). Is there a way to preserve the alpha background instead of the black one.
