Disappearing dots!

I am using FantaMorph face finder to help in creating stimuli for an experiment. However, when I use it, the face and ears are much larger than they should be (proportionally to the features) and end up outside of my picture range so that I can't grab and move them to the right place. This results in weird lines that go across the face, looking like it's not morphed properly.

How can I fix this?
