product key

Hi there.
Couple of days ago I purchased (or tried to purchase..) FantaMorph Deluxe. It is a fantastic program...

However I am not able to use it properly because I haven't received the
product key yet and no money was deducted from my bank account as though the transaction never happened. Still, I am sure that there were no messages on any errors during the purchase. My order number is U27786659. Could you please look into the matter for me? Thank you in advance.

Your order U27786659 was successful and the registration email has been sent to the email address ******@tti.com.pl on May 26. You may try to find it back from your junk or spam folder.
If you still can't receive it, please contact us at sales@fantamorph.com directly.

Oh, I forgot to mention that I tried sending a letter to sales@fantamorph.com but the email bounced back after four hours... this might have something to do with tti.com.pl mail server so perhaps I could send you another email address trough PM?
