I am making a morph movie of my whole 8th grade class, and in many cases, I am morphing from a boy with short hair to a girl with long hair. The results look geometric and choppy, and usually the guy's ears come up from the bottom of the picture. Is there any easier way to morph hair?

As you can see the sample morph "Boy to Girl" in the Morph Gallery, the result looks great if you morph a boy with short hair to a girl also with short hair.
However, it is difficult to morph a boy to a girl with long hair. In this case, I suggest that you simply ignore the hair part and only add key dots on the facial part.
