Fun With FantaMorph

I am trying to use a morph for my website. i am using two small gif's and the smallest file size of the project is 1.8mb. Which is ok for people with high speed access but for dial up no one will wait around. I am using about 50 frames so it is slow enough of a transition. Anyone with ideas?

As described in How to Choose Export File Format, exporting as Flash Movie is the best choice for web pages.
There are a lot of morphs on our site, all of them are in Flash format.
