Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this problem though we tested our software on compatibility with Windows98/NT 4.0/2000/XP, 64MB/128MB memory, 800x600/1024x768 resolution or something else. I guess the compatibility of your video card is the reason that caused this problem. So you could try these ...
